Pieces of steak are marinated in Cornish Ale from Cornwall's Harbour Brewery to ensure the meat is tenderised and full of flavour. The meat is then combined with fresh Cornish potatoes, swede and onions and encased in our unique pre-glazed hand-crimped pastry case.
